Unfiltered Conversations
Honest Conversations on Change, Clarity & What it Feels Like to Start Over
Something new is beginning.
I’m launching a live, 15-minute conversation series on Substack. Short, real-time conversations with people I admire—about change, clarity, and what it really means to start over. The mess. The uncertainty. The bravery. Moving across borders. Learning how to adapt.
My first guest joins me next week!
Would they do it all again if they had the choice?
Why this, why now?
Have you ever wondered if what you’ve felt when starting over was “normal”? If anyone else has felt that way too? I know I have. And now more than ever, I believe these times we’re collectively living in call for a counter-pose to all the noise—something that slows us down. Provides perspective. Feels real.
My hope is that someone will hear these unfiltered stories and feel a little more brave, comforted, and seen in their own. Because—let’s be honest—we don’t often hear the full truth: what inspired someone to risk it all, and the rawness that comes with beginning again. These aren’t interviews. They’re shared exchanges about what grounds us in uncertain times. About the risks we take to feel more alive, more honest, more ourselves.
Before I gave it all up and moved to Mauritius from America, I interviewed CFOs and Heads Of from Fortune 500 companies. But now, I get to share space with people from all over the world who are—or have—risked so much to begin again. They’re exploring what it means to heal and feel alive. They cracked open their lives and walked toward the unknown. Anyone who has had the privilege to do this is someone I deeply admire.
I’ll be speaking with friends, clients, and fellow explorers who’ve navigated uncertain terrain—who took a risk and kept walking.
So, join us next week—I’d love for you to tune in!
If you’ve been reading my reflections on island life, midlife clarity, or what it means to begin again—this series will weave it all together. If you’re new here—welcome!
See you there,
Adrienne
